Various neurological symptoms have been reported as the side effect of COVID-19 vaccines. Vaccine-associated acute Cerebellitis is very uncommon. Here, we report a 45-year-old female with acute onset cerebellitis, beginning 10 days after administration of Sinopharm vaccine. Her CSF COVID-19 PCR was found to be positive, with no pulmonary symptoms.

Classic Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia in males usually presents late until before puberty, but rarely at birth. In cases of undiagnosed CAH, severe deficiency of cortisol may lead to life threatening situation in an infant with acute salt losing crisis. Screening for CAH at birth can lead to better outcomes.

We present a novel case of an urticaria multiforme-type drug reaction to the new cystic fibrosis medication Trikafta (elexacaftor + tezacaftor + ivacaftor). Equipped with this information, clinicians may be more prepared to counsel and treat patients if they experience similar symptoms after beginning Trikafta.

Hand and foot syndrome (HFS) is a toxic dermatologic reaction to chemotherapy, commonly described with capecitabine, 5fluouracile, vinorelbine, and cytarabine. Taxanes are less likely to induce HFS, and very few cases reported paclitaxel-induced HFS. We report a serious case of HFS induced by paclitaxel in a breast cancer female.

This report describes the case of a 53-year-old man with SARS-CoV-2 infection and occurrence of complete unilateral sensorineural hearing loss, adding new evidence to the association between COVID-19 and hearing loss. Whether this is the result of endothelial cell dysfunction in the cochlea or central auditory pathways remains unclear.

We present a rare case of GBS secondary to COVID-19 infection complicated by rapidly progressive sensorimotor deterioration resistant to plasma exchange therapy.

Ellis--van Creveld syndrome is a rare autosomal recessive disorder. We describe the case of a 7-year-old girl with Ellis--van Creveld Syndrome with the diagnosis of common atrium and partial atrioventricular septal defect. She underwent a successful surgical repair, and intraoperatively, a double orifice mitral valve was diagnosed as well.

LS is a 39-year-old woman with systolic heart failure secondary to viral myocarditis (EF 10-15%). She was transitioned from IABP support to LVAD. Five weeks postoperatively she experienced progressive low flow alarms and underwent pericardial release via left mini-thoracotomy. Flows immediately improved postoperatively.

A 59-year-old male was diagnosed with JAK2-positive Polycythemia Vera. Subsequently, further lab testing revealed elevated ferritin and iron saturation. Genetic testing for HFE gene mutation screen revealed that the patient was positive for heterozygous C282Y mutation. The patient was ultimately diagnosed with both Polycythemia Vera and Hereditary Hemochromatosis.

Implant rehabilitation of a posterior mandibular edentulism in presence of a COD can be a challenging situation due to the lack of vascularization and the high risk of infection of such lesions.

We present a case of a second-born breastfed infant presenting with zinc deficiency whose mother was found to have a novel heterozygous mutation in SLC30A2. A previous baby did not have manifestations of zinc deficiency but the mother had taken a proton pump inhibitor during the second pregnancy.
